1. There are a lot of things that we can look to for support when times get hard. We can rely on our jobs, people, or the government, but only God will never fail us. We must set our hope in Him, not only for our good but for the good of those closest to us. How could you be more intentional in sharing your hope in God within your circle of influence? Who is one person you could share your hope in God with this week?
2. It’s important to remember what God has done for us or even the testimonies of what He has done for others. By remembering what He’s done, we can strengthen not only our faith when trials and tribulations come but our children’s also. What can you do to be more intentional about remembering where God has brought you from? Who is one person who could benefit from you sharing that testimony with them?
3. God didn’t give us His commandments to be a cosmic killjoy but to provide simple instructions for how to love Him and people. A result of following these commands is that it puts us in the right standing with Him and equips us to be an example for others. What commandment do you find to be most difficult to keep?
