1. IMPACT has made huge strides over the last six years as membership has grown more than 15x over. Think back to where you were six years ago. How have you grown in that time? What area in your life would you like to grow even further?

   
   

2. When starting the church, some of our Pastor’s focus areas were ensuring that we show integrity and character while keeping strife at arm’s length. Who is someone you’ve seen who exhibits these important traits? What lesson have you learned from them that will help you contribute to an increasingly unified congregation?

   
   

3. If we want to end up where God wants us, we must be willing to move when He directs us to. He may not always give us each step, but He will point us in the direction He wants us to head. A good way to know if it’s time to move is if you’ve maxed out what you can learn. What is an area of your life you may no longer be growing in? What is a move that God may be initiating in your life?
